Everybody Matters
On 14th June, children from Haig School joined the Year 3 at Blankenhagen for a days maths challenges in the great outdoors. Mouse's Message was solved by some careful calculations. Mole's Maze got very coomplicated and lots of loops of different colours were completed. We made number jigsaws to get ourselves into teams and ran round the field deciding which number operation would solve a problem. Using ropes we made pentagons and hexagons and finally threw beanbags to score different amounts at Falcon's Fling. The weather was wonderful and great fun was had by all!
Mathematics Day -
